WHAT IS VALIDATION OF AN EUROPEAN PATENT?
Validation is a process in which an european patent is recognized in the territory of a selected country. It requires the documents to be translated into polish and submitted to the Polish Patent Office within 3 months from the publication of the information on the grant of the right by the European Patent Office.
